This honor showcases leaders like Jennifer who are championing women in business and driving change for gender diversity in the workplace. Jennifer is Chief Compliance Officer for the Institutional Clients Group & Citibank, N.A at Citi and serves as a member of the Vital Voices board of directors. She has been a key leader of our Global Ambassador Program since 2012 — participating in our Global Mentoring Walks and leadership programs in South Africa, India, and Qatar. In addition, Jennifer mentors women entrepreneurs in the Vital Voices Global Network. On the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Jennifer has this to say:

She continues, “A culture of inclusion means everyone feels comfortable to contribute and be themselves at work. We need individuals around the table who have different approaches and perspectives on how to manage problems or initiatives to help create the best outcome.”
