INTERNATIONAL VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT

Violence against women is a horrific and pervasive human rights crisis that demands our response. Just last week, the U.S. Senate re-introduced the bi-partisan International Violence Against Women Act (IVAWA). Learn more and join us as we encourage Members of Congress to cosponsor and support the International Violence Against Women Act.

THE ROHINGYA CRISIS

The use of sexual violence and rape as an act of war has been witnessed in far too many conflicts. As we have seen time and time again, women are disproportionally affected in times of conflict and often are responsible for the rebuilding families and communities in the aftermath. We believe engaging men in the fight to end violence against women is more important now than ever. On December 4th, at IAC HQ in NYC, we will be honoring remarkable men who have shown courage and compassion in advocating on behalf of women and girls at our Voices of Solidarity event. Join us as we honor Ronan Farrow, David Schwimmer, Jackson Katz, Chris Nassetta and Salman Sufi.
