On Friday May 6th Vital Voices hosted a panel conversation on the history of black women coming together across continents to share world views and world history. Focusing on significant core moments in time where Black women across the globe worked together to push for social change, this panel explored the critical role that Black women’s leadership has and will continue to play in shaping global events and moments. Panelists shared their insights and recommendations on what can be learned from the past, where the globe is at present and how we can shape the future of global activism and collaboration to solve the world’s greatest challenges.
