The 7th edition of the Women’s Forum Global Meeting was held this week in Deauville, France. Our President and CEO, Alyse Nelson, spoke this morning at the Forum about social entrepreneurship and the new business future. Alyse is pictured above with Brazilian graffiti artist and 2010 Vital Voices honoree, Panmela Castro, and Board Member Susan Ness.
The Women’s Forum has chosen to focus all of this year’s meeting on the future. What could the future bring us, politically, economically and technologically?
Women’s Forum meetings aim to bring together leaders from all over the world – women and men – representing the business world, the government, academic circles and culture. The goal is to strengthen the incfluence of women throughout the world and to draw up innovative and concrete action plans to encourage women’s contribution to society and to promote diversity in the business world.
