Tara is the VP of Tech and Innovation, leading Vital Voices technology and technological resources, including the Vital Voices Innovation Lab, online network hub, Vitalvoices.com, and other technology infrastructure with a focus on developing and improving Vital Voices technology resources to support the Vital Voices network programming and support.

Prior to joining Vital Voices, Tara led a team of product managers to create cutting-edge solutions for athletes around the globe at Strava. She also worked at WarnerMedia, a media company that offered a wide variety of streaming services to consumers. During her tenure with the company, she executed aggressive growth strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention. With customer experience in mind, Tara recognized early that consumers desired to consume content differently than they always had. She transformed WarnerMedia’s linear model into a digital one and forged strategic partnerships with Apple, Amazon, and Google to develop modern applications that would improve the viewer experience and increase viewership of sports and entertainment content.

Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Johnson C. Smith University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts, and a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
