Sagra Maceira de Rosen is the Chair of SIO Global, an investment and advisory firm working with private equity and investment firms in evaluating potential and managing investments in the branded retail & consumer, fashion and luxury goods sectors. She is also a Senior Adviser to Terra Firma Capital partners. Sagra was Chair of The Naga Group, an investment holding company focused on investing in premium consumer and luxury brands. Prior to that she was CEO and boars member of Amanda Wakeley, the London-based luxury lifestyle brand. She was the Managing Director of the Luxury & Retail division of a family office investment company, Reig Capital Group (“RCG”), where for five years she led and oversaw the direct equity investments of the group in luxury, retail and media brands, leading the management teams at the group’s portfolio companies and acting as an active member of their boards of directors. Sagra spent the bulk of her career at US investment bank JP Morgan in London, first as the Head of its Global Luxury Goods & Fashion Retail Equity Research team, and during her last 2 years at the firm as Global Coordinator of the Retail & Luxury Goods research team and Co-head of the Pan European General Retail team. Since 2011, Sagra has also been a member of the Board of directors of Omni United, a fast growing car tire designer, manufacturer and distributor, based in Singapore and Dallas, USA. Sagra is also a contributor to Monocle24, the radio service of Monocle magazine, commenting on the luxury, fashion, consumer and retail sectors. Sagra has co-authored the book “The Towering World of Jimmy Choo: A Glamorous Story of Power, Profits and the Pursuit of the Perfect Shoe”, published by Bloomsbury in the US and the UK in 2009. She is currently the Co-chair of Vital Voices Europe.

Sagra has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

She grew up in Spain, but has lived in New York and London for the last 30 years. Sagra is married and has two daughters.
