Award-winning writer, political historian, and filmmaker, Nina Easton is Co-CEO of SellersEaston Media, a multimedia firm telling the stories of leaders and organizations through films, memoirs, and live events. She co-founded and chairs JOURNEY TO LEAD, which partners with prominent business leaders to equip extraordinary, mission-driven women to scale their leadership and impact.
Formerly Fortune’s Washington Editor and columnist, as well as political analyst for top news shows, Nina chaired Fortune Most Powerful Women International and co-chaired the Fortune Global Forum—conceiving and casting high-profile CEO events in Asia, Canada, Europe, and the U.S., and earning a reputation as a renowned interviewer of leaders in government, business, and culture. She is author of the critically acclaimed book Gang of Five chronicling the rise of the US conservative movement, which ranks on the Vox list of “books to read to understand the world.” She is a member of the Trilateral Commission and 2012 Harvard Kennedy School Fellow, where she taught a seminar on US politics and produced research on the wealth gap.
As a filmmaker at SellersEaston, Nina co-executive produced HBO/Max’s Gumbo Coalition, a civil rights documentary directed by two-time Oscar winner Barbara Kopple. She also produced Port of Destiny: Peace, an Amazon Prime release chronicling the life and work of Nobel Peace Prize Winner Juan Manuel Santos.
