Natalie Walsh

Natalie is the People Operations Coordinator at Vital Voices. She provides support across the full People Operations portfolio including employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedure documentation.

Prior to joining Vital Voices, she worked at the global environmental think tank the World Resources Institute (WRI). Natalie started at WRI as a development professional on the Corporate Relations team before transitioning onto the organization’s Human Resources Business Partner team. Before WRI, Natalie worked in a development capacity at the National Archives Foundation in Individual Giving and Membership.
