Luciana Costanzo

Luciana is a Program Assistant for the Leadership and Social Impact team at Vital Voices. She provides programmatic and logistical support for the Vital Voices Global Fellowship and Voices that Inspire programs. She is passionate about promoting linguistic and cultural inclusivity in international development spaces.

Prior to Vital Voices, Luciana supported government relations and advocacy work as a Strategic Communications Intern at Vision360 Partners. She has also interned on the Development Team at Women for Women International. Luciana will be graduating in May 2025 with her B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Spanish Language and a certificate in Spanish Translation from American University. As an undergraduate, she also took part in a study abroad opportunity in Madrid, Spain. Outside of work, she loves to play volleyball and explore new art exhibits in the DMV area.
