Lily Gurnavage

Lily is the Manager of Development Operations at Vital Voices. She works with the Development and Strategic Partnerships team to optimize donor engagement and fundraising efforts, managing internal operations and reporting needs.

Previously, Lily was a Development Specialist with the American Red Cross. She supported a regional team of fundraisers and managed internal development operations. Lily received her BA from Pepperdine University with a major in International Studies and minors in Nonprofit Management and French.

Best place I’ve traveled: Switzerland – I spent my sophomore year of college there and loved every minute.
