Jackie Lockhart-Andretta

Jackie is the Manager of Donor Engagement at Vital Voices, where she brings people together with purpose. She leads engagement for a growing network of Regional Councils in cities across the U.S., building community and connection through intentional events and storytelling. Whether it’s a rooftop dinner in LA or a breakfast salon in DC, Jackie loves designing moments that spark conversation and lasting relationships.

At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to donor engagement. Jackie builds meaningful, one-on-one connections with supporters—learning what moves them, crafting experiences that reflect their values, and keeping them closely tied to the impact of their giving. She believes that generosity grows through trust, creativity, and a shared sense of mission.

Jackie earned her MA in Event Management from NYU and holds a BA from Sweet Briar College and Salem College.
