Dalin Nhean is a Senior Program Manager and works primarily on the VV GROW Fellowship, a leading global accelerator for women entrepreneurs. In this position, she manages program budget and contracts, supports monitoring and evaluation, leads recruitment and selection, oversees partnerships and leads research and analysis.

Dalin graduated with a Master’s degree in International Affairs with focuses on the Southeast and East Asia region, economic development and entrepreneurship education from Ohio University. As a graduate school project, she worked on developing a framework of entrepreneurship education to foster startups for use in Cambodia’s universities, building on earlier experience organizing business plan competitions for entrepreneurs in Cambodia and the Southeast Asia region. Previously, she worked as a freelancer, conducting research and implementing surveys for Banking Services in Cambodia for McKinsey & Company in the Southeast Asia region. She also handled various projects on career development, environmental issues, and entrepreneurial mindset for the Fulbright and Undergraduate State Alumni Association of Cambodia (FUSAAC), where she served as a program coordinator, an administrative and logistic officer, a project initiator, and a guest speaker. She has a BA in International Studies from Institute of Foreign Languages, RUPP, in Cambodia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from ICN Business School in France.
