Carol Lopez Lima

Carol is the Technical Project Manager for the Tech & Data team at Vital Voices, driving digital transformation, accelerating digital change and adoption, and supporting tech integration to enhance productivity.

As Project Lead in the Project Management Office (PMO), she provides project management support and resources to ensure teams align their initiatives with strategic objectives.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Before joining Vital Voices, Carol was a Project Manager at Digital Promise and Senior Program Monitoring Officer at Women for Women International. She has led both international and U.S.-based projects in gender equality and ed-tech, and facilitated MERL capacity-building workshops across DRC, Kosovo, Iraq, Nigeria, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
