Brittney Knotts

Brittney is a Program Coordinator on the Leadership and Social Impact team. She primarily works on U.S. based programming within the Rising Voices portfolio including Rising Voices clubs, chapters, and councils.

Prior to her work at Vital Voices, Brittney earned a PhD in Critical and Cultural studies where her research focused on girlhood studies, specifically girls’ computer coding culture. Alongside her academic work, she developed youth advisory councils at several bookstores where she worked alongside elementary and middle schoolers. In her free time, she enjoys reading and taking her dog on walks.
