Dipti Singhi

Dipti Singhi is the incoming Programme Director for Civic Futures, the flagship initiative of The Funders Initiative for Civil Society’s (FICS). FICS’ vision is of a world where people and movements can access their rights to freedom of assembly, expression, and association without stigma or fear – so that they can disrupt corrupt systems, re-imagine the world, and create social change. She has over two decades of experience in both the profit and nonprofit sectors. This includes managing large portfolios in India’s banking sector and leading global grant-making and strategy for gender equity and democratic governance at a private philanthropic organization. She has also spearheaded efforts to scale Teach For India’s Fellowship program, mobilizing young leaders towards education equity. Dipti is an Indian national and is based in the Netherlands.
