Tamara Judit Sancho Fallas is a 23-year-old woman living in Costa Rica, and she studied User Experience Design at the Creative University and Advertising with an emphasis on multimedia production at ULACIT. / Tamara is a resilient and creative woman, a faithful believer in innovation and the creation of exponential learning programs with high social and technological impact. She is passionate about triathlons as a high-performance sport and music; She is the founder of Atenea, a non-profit foundation dedicated to the empowerment of young women ages 12-23 in comprehensive life skills and STEAM development competencies. She was the winner of the Women Impact Tech 2021 project organized by Texas Tech University with the Atenea project with reach in digital media and recognized by CONICIT. She was selected in 2016 for a 100% full scholarship at ULACIT for her academic merits and high school technology skills. She created a project called Humana Creativa where she blogs personal experiences and creative techniques for a digital community with a reach of 300 people.

Tamara was selected as a participant in the 2021 Voces Que Inspiran.
