Co - Owner Femmeritum
Karolina is the co-owner of Femmeritum. Femmeritum specializes in work-life and work-family balance services. They advise companies how to create effective and satisfying working environment for employees in their work-life and work-family balance programs. Among their clients are mostly big international companies like: IBM, SAS Institute, SAP, Alior Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Philip Morris, Volkswagen Bank, ING Bank, AVIVA. They have worked also for several Polish companies as PLAY (mobile services), Amica and Newag (manufacture sector). Their products and services aim at helping working parents in balancing work and family responsibilities. They believe that employers who deliver work-life and work-family balance benefits and solutions can increase employee’s engagement, satisfaction and creativity. Their unique value is interdisciplinary. They offer products and services from different expertise so their clients can offer their employees professional work-life programs. Femmeritum currently has three product lines. They design and implement work-life and work-family balance programs, hold family events, such as Christmas events, children days and open days for children, and organize Holidays in the City, a five-day onsite camping, and children summer camps. They have wellness program, Keep the Balance in Shape, which are company sponsored day-care centers for team integrations. They also provide consulting services and workshops for working parents, and sell Christmas presents, school packages and baby newborn packages. She would like to create a bigger organization with the culture of creativity, joy, responsibility and work family balance. She have already have it but fear that if the number of employees grows up she will not be able to manage it. All staffs are very engaged in the organization, and they stay close to their clients – they know clients’ needs and their products and services. They aim to help their clients to become the best employers. Karolina is currently the President of STEFANKA (the Foundation of Children Development). She has expertise in finance, accounting and business management. Karolina holds a Master’s Degree from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a Certification in Game Coaching.
What Karolina hopes to gain from the VV GROW Fellowship: Karolina hopes to increase her knowledge on how to build her personal brand, improve delegation in order to increase her focus on strategic thinking and development and to strengthen her businesses brand.
