Val Jusufi

Val is a co-founder and managing director at Leoron Professional Development Institute. She has more than 10 years international experience in the professional training and development industry and is currently responsible for managing business operations in four international offices with more than 200 employees. She started her career in Prague as a business development professional, then continued in the UAE, Dubai in the same capacity. Val is currently focused on helping companies in the GCC region enhance their competitiveness by delivering high quality training and development solutions.

In addition to her professional career, she is a devoted mom of three children Mia, Leo, and Edi. Val holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Management from State University of New York – Empire State College.
