Deputy Programme Manager, Purnima: UK Support to Post Earthquake Recovery in Nepal
Sarbinda is a highly competent manager with more than 13 years of experience working with a number of companies including foreign aid development contractors for the last eight years. In her tenure with these organizations, she has established, developed, and managed several country offices. In addition, she supported the delivery of a range of projects aimed at promoting economic growth and reducing poverty and disadvantage. In her current role, Sarbinda supports the management of a multi-million GBP UK Aid funded post-earthquake reconstruction programme, aiming to help communities build-back-better after the devastating Gorhka earthquake in 2015, which claimed more than 9,000 lives and devastated the homes/business of many more. Sarbinda holds an MBA degree in Finance from Kathmandu University School of Management.
