Salma Kabbaj

Salma is the co-founder of IMPACT Lab, a leading start-up and innovation accelerator in Morocco that supported more than 60 start-ups and trained more than 2000 aspiring entrepreneurs. She has over eight years of experience in private equity, investment banking, and entrepreneurship. Through her work with IMPACT Lab, she is responsible for raising awareness among corporate and public institutions around innovation as well as designing start-up support programs adapted to specific contexts, partners, objectives and resources. Salma is also a founding member of the Moroccan Professional Association of Start-up Support Structures. She holds a MSc in management from the London School of Economics as well as a Bcom in Finance from McGill University.

Salma was selected to be part of the 2020 FORTUNE-U.S. Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Program.
