Phetogo Molati

Phetogo is the founding Director of Molati Attorneys and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from University of Pretoria, in South Africa. She is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and certified Insolvency Practitioner. Phetogo specializes in Conveyancing, Litigation, Insolvency, Debt Collection, Government Regulatory Affairs and Family Law. She is a member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA); the Legal Practice Council (LPC) and the South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioner Association (SARIPA). She is invested in her own community driving township based economy and localizing economic growth.

Phetogo was selected to be part of the 2020 FORTUNE-U.S. Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Program.
