Nilam Sari

Nilam has served as the co-owner of Voila! 360 communications agency and was the owner of Waroeng Mee. She has experience in the fields of: entreprenuership education, food and beverages, franchise business models, push cart, restaurant models for food business, women’ s leadership, social empowerment, women empowerment, low budget high-impact marketing, womenprenuer, and international franchise expansion.

Nilamsari has received many recognitions, including: participant of the 2010 Changing Faces Women’ s Leadership Program, Woman as Innovator Entreprenuer: Generating Economic Growth and Job Creation in Honolulu; keynote speaker at Singapore Hunan Capital Summit 2011, Accelerating Development in Asia Pacific; speaker at Project Connects: Southeast Asia Entrepreneuership Forum hosted by the US Embassy; participant in the World Entrepreneur Program by Ernst and Young 2014 in Monaco; partipant at Ernst and Young 2014 – Strategic Growth Forum in Shanghai; speaker and panelist at ASEAN Summit 2015; and participant of Enhancing Prosperity and Opportunity for Women in The Asia Pacific.

Nilmansari was born in Surabaya and studied communication at the University of Airlangga. She is married to Hendy Setiono and together they have three children: Rafi, Reva, and Ready. Nilamsari particularly enjoys diving and travelling.
