Dr. Lwazi Manzi

Lwazi is an award winning film producer and media company executive with Spier Films based in Stellenbosch, South Africa. A medical doctor by training, she has been involved in international film co-productions for more than a decade. She promotes cultural and gender diversity and intellectual property rights in South Africa’ s filmmaking sector through her leadership roles in the Independent Producers Organization, the South African Screen Federation, as well as her social impact arm, CineCulture, and Sisters Working in Film and Television (SWIFT).
