Innocentia Dogbe

Innocentia has risen through the ranks in the Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Group to become the head of credit cards since 2017. Apart from her job at the bank, she facilitates leadership workshops for MBA students at the Accra Business School and serves as Ghana country champion for Diversity & Inclusion in her bank. She is a member of the core working group for the Global Women’ s Network of the Standard Chartered Bank Group. Her interests are in politics and governance as well as advocacy for women’ s rights. She hopes to run for office as Member of Parliament in the near future, which she thinks will give her a larger platform for her voice to be heard. She holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in Management with Computing (Marketing) from Regent University in 2009.
