Inas Hafez

Inas is a regional entrepreneur who started her digital marketing agency GetSircles in 2013 in Egypt and expanded the business to the UAE and UK. Prior to that, Inas held key positions in software development corporations, where she found and developed her passion for technology. Inas has a strong experience of team and stakeholder management, as well as driving excellence across multi-disciplinary departments with a clear focus on process improvement and innovation. Inas oversees the delivery of data-driven digital media projects, investment and campaign delivery, as well as a digital strategy across the agency.

Inas is responsible for leading a fantastic team, of which 65% are female, including the financial director, operation director, and head of clients servicing. Inas is an active member in the social enterprise community and sits on the board of the Social Enterprise Academy in Egypt (SEA Egypt), where she looks after the training and mentoring of female entrepreneurs in rural areas of Egypt. Inas has her MSs in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University 2001, Frist Class Degree with Merit and is PMP certified since 2007.
