Hanna Hieronimczuk

Hanna is the general manager of operations at StepStone.pl Ltd. A senior executive with more than twenty years of experience in the financial sector, Hanna has been successful in building new business units and implementing innovative digital business strategies. She has experience in business development for customers in the mass, premium, small business, and corporate sectors optimizing and restructuring processes of their sales structure. She is a member of supervisory boards in leasing and direct banking centers and has an MBA and a Cambridge certificate. She is chairman of the Board of the Mistral Foundation and is a mentor for Vital Voices Chapter Poland.
