Hana Qerimi

Hana is a certified Project Management Professional. For six years, she worked as a Project Manager for 3CIS, where she had the opportunity to manage projects and programs for global corporations such as AT&T and Vodafone.

In 2016, Hana and Darsej Rizaj co-founded Shkolla Digjitale, or the Digital School, a private business that teaches Kosovo youth aged seven to 18 computer sciences and programming. Its curriculum, developed by CODE organization, teaches step-by-step computer sciences, programming concepts, and programming logic to make children independent in any programming language that they want to use. At the Digital School, children also learn about computer sciences and digital culture through extensive lessons about online behavior and how it can affect them and the people around them, as well as how to protect themselves online by managing their digital footprint.

The Digital School is the first of its kind in Kosovo to get accredited by the national authority for qualifications for teaching computer sciences, programming, robotics, and electronic courses for children aged seven to 18 years old. Today, it has around 600 active students enrolled and 20 employees.

Hana has her master’s degree in business administration and consulting management from the London School of Business and Finance and a bachelor’ s degree from the University of Business and Technology in Prishtina.
