Chief Executive Officer, Saham Life Insurance Ghana
Gifty has several years of experience in the insurance industry. Rising through the ranks with different insurance companies in Ghana, she was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Saham Life Insurance in 2016. Her current responsibilities include the continuous review of the Saham brand, culture and organizational capacity to support business growth. This includes establishing visibility for the Saham brand in Ghana and reviewing the company’ s culture and capacity to position the brand ahead of the competition. Gifty holds a Master of Philosophy in Leadership from the University of Professional Studies, Accra; and a Bachelor of Science Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is also a chartered insurer with the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK in good standing.
Gifty was selected to be part of the 2020 FORTUNE-U.S. Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Program.
