Gabriela Roca

Gabriela is a Founding Partner at QIL+4 Abogados in Guatemala City, Guatemala. She has over twenty years of experience in the Guatemalan legal sector and is a respected legal expert in Energy, Mines, Administrative and Public Law for Infrastructure Projects Development, Business and Human Rights. Gabriela’ s current work focuses on the development, financing, acquisition and operation of energy, fuel and infrastructure projects for foreign and local companies. She holds a Master’ s Degree in Corporate and Business Law from Universidad Pontificia CatoÃÅlica in Chile and a Law Degree from Rafael Landivar University in Guatemala.

Gabriela was selected to be part of the 2020 FORTUNE-U.S. Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Program.
