Evelyn is a Ugandan tech entrepreneur who is the founder of Vouch Digital, a fintech start-up working towards simplifying the distribution and supply-chain management of goods and services across the world. Vouch’ s e-voucher / coupon-based system is used by development agencies running cash-based interventions, governments managing social programs, as well as corporate companies seeking to reward and retain customers through promotions and loyalty programs.

 

Among her achievements, Evelyn is an Anita Borg ABIE Change Agent Award winner – 2012; recognized for her role in empowering women and girls in technology. She also sits on the Change Agent ABIE Award selection committee as the current chair of the committee. She was a Cartier Women’ s Initiative Award finalist for Sub-Saharan Africa and was also a third-place winner in the Africa Women Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (AWIEF) awards, under the best agri-entrepreneur award category.

 

Evelyn was selected to be part of the 2020 FORTUNE-U.S. Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Program.
