Dwi Fatan (Lily) Lilyana is the Vice President of Learning and Development for PT Pupuk Indonesia, a state-owned enterprise in Indonesia and the largest fertilizer producer in Asia. She has more than 15 years of experience as a human resources professional and communication expert in the Indonesian mining, petrochemical, and media industries. Her current work responsibilities include setting up a Corporate University and managing the Executive Leadership Development Program for PT Pupuk Indonesia and its ten subsidiaries. Ms. Lilyana graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Indonesia. She is a member of International Coach Federation (ICF) and a co-founder of the International Association of Business Communicator (IABC), Jakarta chapter.
