Dwi Fatan (Lily) Lilyana

Dwi Fatan Lilyana is an HR professional with a unique combination of Leadership Development and Communication expertise. Lily has a deep passion for community and personal development. Currently, she works for the Indonesia Mining Industry Holding (a state-owned enterprise), overseeing four of Indonesia’ s mining companies with more than 12,000 employees. As the Head of Human Capital Policy, she is responsible for leading the human capital function in developing and implementing human capital strategies, frameworks, policies and procedures in line with the corporation’ s strategy and for providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture.

Lily is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the International Association of business Communicators (IABC). Lily is also a member of the Republic of Indonesia Ministry SOE’ s task force for Integrated Talent Management System and was a 2018 mentee for the Fortune – U.S Department of State Global Women’ s Mentoring Partnership.

Lily was selected as a Fortune- U.S. Department of State Mentee in 2018 and participated in the International Alumnae Component in 2018.
