Anna Aulchenko

Anna is the head of the Development Department at Center of Financial Technologies (Novosibirsk). She has more than six years of experience in the IT-sector. Her current responsibilities include managing the software delivery process, motivating the development team, communicating with stakeholders, and building quality work processes both inside and outside the Development Department. Anna holds a Masters in Management from Novosibirsk State University.
