Akshi Khandelwal Bhutani

Akshi started Butterfly Ayurveda in November 2014. Butterfly Ayurveda develops ayurvedic products that include ayurvedic teas, cookies and medicines. The vision of the company is to promote health and spread awareness about Ayurveda through its products and services across the globe. Akshi takes sincere interest in R&D, quality control, and in maintaining health of the employees.

As a budding entrepreneur and the CEO, she is responsible for undertaking all major decisions, giving direction towards company goals, and effective management of operations across all departments. She regularly organizes wellness programs for her employees and customers, which focus on Ayurveda, modern science, mental health, and yoga. Apart from being an entrepreneur, she is a dance artist with more than 16 years of experience in Bharatnatyam (Indian Classical Dance). She has also trained in Qi gong, Tai chi and Kungfu at the Damo Shaolin Kungfu School, New Delhi for five years.
