Yuliana Onishchuk is the founder and CEO of Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation, established to strengthen Ukraine’s energy resilience by combining decentralized clean energy solutions with education and workforce development. The Foundation empowers communities to lead Ukraine’s green recovery through initiatives that promote sustainable energy, build professional skills, and expand access to careers in the green energy sector, including the Solar Step project management course in solar energy.

Yuliana is an energy professional with experience in project management, energy regulation, law, and renewable energy development. Before founding the Foundation, she worked with DTEK Grids, Naftogaz of Ukraine, and the Energy Community Secretariat, contributing to energy reforms and cooperation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and an LL.M. from the University of Barcelona.
