Weronika Tomiak is the Founder and leader of The Neurodiverse Foundation, an initiative dedicated to empowering neurodivergent individuals through innovative educational programs, awareness campaigns, and advocacy for inclusive practices. The NGO’s mission is to bridge the gap between different neurotypes, promoting a society that values diversity and fosters understanding. Key initiatives of the organization include the “Neurodiverse Workplaces” conference and “Let’s Talk About Neurodiversity” webinar-workshop series, both designed to encourage self-discovery and inclusive practices.

Tomiak has a diverse professional background, having balanced the demands of medical school while leading impactful social initiatives. She is a graduate in Business Linguistics and a fifth-year M.D. student, with a deep commitment to social advocacy. Her past experiences include organizing events, leading campaigns, and implementing proactive measures to enhance systems in healthcare and education.
