Wei Ching is the Founder of SELF, a social enterprise and non-profit that creates regenerative spaces for vulnerable children, youth, and adults to grow, heal, and become changemakers in their communities. By working across schools, families, and social service systems, SELF addresses the intergenerational cycle of vulnerability through coaching-based programmes, youth mentorship training, and personal development.

Wei Ching brings experience in data science, coaching, and social innovation. She is trained in process-oriented psychology and has led the design and delivery of transformation programmes for underprivileged women, at-risk youth, and school systems across 10 countries in Asia.
