Wazza Leah Mhone’s vision is to uplift the living standards of orphans and widows through provisions of physical, psychological, and spiritual support.

Mhone was once an administrator and attended nursery school before she found her organization, Better World for Orphans and Widows.

Through her experiences as a team leader in different projects, she has gained experience to lead others and build upon her confidence to be a woman leader.
