Viktoria Kostova is a Bulgarian cultural organizer, feminist activist, and project manager working at the intersection of arts, democracy, and social justice. Her work focuses on community organizing, transnational cultural cooperation, and building participatory spaces that connect culture with civic engagement, gender justice, and collective care.

Kostova is the founder of WomanUp Foundation and has coordinated international programs and partnerships through organizations including European Alternatives, the Elizabeth Kostova Foundation, and Garage Collective. She has worked across Europe and the Mediterranean on projects related to feminist organizing, cultural activism, democratic participation, and artistic collaboration, with particular interest in grassroots ecosystems and cross-border solidarity.
