Victoria Orozco is the founder of Punto Labs, a consulting practice that supports changemakers to promote inclusive growth. Punto Labs brings data, frameworks, and community knowledge to unlock opportunities for people of color.
Ozoco is also the co-founder of Hacedoras, an organization that champions the influential role of Latin American women in public policies. Hacedoras provides women with cutting-edge training and networks to reach leadership positions in the public policy arena. She has worked for the Argentinean Government and think tanks like the Nowak Lab and CIPPEC, where she led projects at the intersection of economic development, equity, and sustainability. Orozco holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Buenos Aires, a master’s degree in economics, and a master’s degree in public administration in international development from the Harvard Kennedy School.
