Nic’s MAKEOVER, founded by Manna, is a social impact initiative that blends beauty, empowerment, and entrepreneurship. Through professional makeup artistry, hair styling, and tailored training programs, Nic’s MAKEOVER not only enhances women’s confidence but also equips them with skills in leadership and business to foster independence and economic resilience.
In addition to her entrepreneurial role, Manna is a committed development practitioner. She currently serves as a MEAL Officer and GBV Focal Point with the Fund for Women in Development, where she leads protection monitoring, community dialogues, and survivor-centered interventions to advance gender equality and community well-being. She has also volunteered with organizations such as the Integrated Youth Empowerment Center, building expertise in health mobilization, child protection, and community development. With a background in Women’s Studies, Sociology, and Anthropology, Manna combines academic knowledge, grassroots activism, and business innovation to drive sustainable social change.
“As a visionary leader, I empower women and girls to reclaim their voices, build resilience, and thrive with dignity.”
