Vaisnavi Nemala is the Founder of AI with Purpose, a social enterprise advancing AI for social impact. She is dedicated to developing AI systems that are ethical and inclusive, especially for historically marginalized communities. Her current work explores AI-driven solutions to improve maternal and neonatal health outcomes in rural communities.

She is pursuing a graduate degree in AI Engineering and Cybersecurity at Carnegie Mellon University, working at the intersection of technology and policy to shape a more just, trustworthy AI future. As a researcher, she has contributed to global AI governance frameworks focused on gender equity and responsible adoption. Beyond academia, Nemala has served as a Youth Delegate at the World Bank and a youth advocate at the United Nations, championing digital inclusion and ethical deployment of emerging technologies.
