​Uchenna Jane Ibe is the Founder and CEO of Ivy League Collections Limited, a leading soft-furnishing and sustainable textile company in Nigeria. In this role, she directs the strategic growth and circular production operations of the enterprise, serving major retail outlets, hotels and homes across Africa. ​

Driven by a profound purpose to move women from potential to performance, Uchenna focuses her business on waste-to-wealth innovation and circular manufacturing. Ivy League Collections actively drives social impact by equipping female entrepreneurs and youth with practical business skills and climate-smart practices, directly advancing UN SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

Her notable career achievements include being recognized as a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Growth Fellow and Community Champion and Mentor, a Fellow of the Institute of Entrepreneurs and a Life Member of WIMBIZ. She has successfully mentored and trained thousands of women entrepreneurs through prominent regional and global networks, establishing a credible legacy of values-driven economic empowerment.

Uchenna holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Walden University and a B.Sc. in Geography. Her extensive background is further anchored by executive education and specialized certifications from Cornell University, Cranfield University, Santa Clara University’s Miller Center and Lagos Business School. ​
