Trang Do is the Co-Founder and CFO of UPGREEN Vietnam, a creative impact startup turning hard-to-recycle plastic into meaningful products that celebrate Vietnamese culture and sustainability. UPGREEN’s mission is to close the loop on plastic waste while empowering youth, women, and informal waste workers to lead the circular economy in Southeast Asia.

Trang has led cross-sector projects that combine environmental innovation with community-driven design. As a sustainable influencer with over 12,000 followers across Southeast Asia, she uses storytelling to shift mindsets and inspire youth action on climate, waste, and resilience. Her work has connected thousands to the values of circular living and inclusive impact.
