Tolu Ajibola is the Co-Founder of HerSynergy, a professional network supporting mid to senior-level women across EMEA through mentorship, learning and community. HerSynergy helps women navigate career transitions, gain leadership visibility, and access opportunities for advancement. She also works as a Commercial Operations Manager at Distribusion, a mobility tech company, where she leads global operational initiatives across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Tolu’s career spans across operations and strategy. She has led cross-functional projects in high-growth startups and advised early-stage ventures. She is an engineer by training and passionate about translating complexity into impact.
