Tia Hardy Robinson

Tia is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Expath Training and Consulting, an organization that offers innovative language training and award-winning relocation and immigration services to expats in Germany. Their services provide the skills, tools, and information needed for expats to set up a new life. Expath serves individuals as well as some of Germany’s most successful tech firms.

In addition to her work with Expath, Tia also serves as the Mentorship Program Coordinator for Girls Gearing Up (GGU). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Purdue University, spent one year studying at the Universite Paul-Valery in Montpellier, France, and holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and a TESOL Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh. Tia belongs to the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), English Language Teacher’s Association Berlin-Brandenburg (ELTABB), and PANDA, a Women’s Leadership Network. Tia’s previous roles include serving as the Head of Operations for the Pedagogical Department at Learnship, the Senior Training Manager at Educom, and an English as a Second/Foreign Language teacher.
