Rightfit is a Mongolia-based medtech company that combines AI-assisted design with 3D printing to produce custom orthotics and prosthetics, primarily ankle-foot orthoses, for patients in underserved markets. Its mission is to make clinically effective mobility devices affordable and locally producible in countries where most people who need them never receive one.

Bayarsaikhan founded Rightfit in 2024 and leads a team of 13 under INMO Holding, alongside INMO Recycling. She holds an MSc in Architectural Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and previously worked in design technology and BIM. Under her leadership Rightfit has fitted more than 60 devices, signed its first paying hospital contract, and won the MIT Solve 2025 Global Health Challenge.
