Tasneem Shaikh

Tasneem is the Co-founder and Director of Aarco Engineering Projects, Clean Environment Solutions company based in India that designs, manufactures and installs air pollution control equipment. Aarco Engineering provides Air Pollution Control and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products to companies in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, automotive, forging, electronics and food & beverage industries. Their products include dust collectors, scrubbers, air handlers, RTUs, HVAC, HEPA and furnace filters. Aarco Engineering is passionate about improving health and quality of life through maintaining indoor air quality and positively contributing to environmental sustainability.

In addition to Aarco Engineering Projects, Tasneem is also the President of Atmax Filtration Elements. She has an interest in sustainable and holistic business and living practices. She is passionate about creating economic growth for women by providing them with training and job opportunities. She actively participates in mentoring girl students and has given various talks at colleges and institutes in her vicinity. She also has been an active member of the Rotary and, in the past, has served positions as Director of CSR and Youth Leadership for her local Rotary Club. She is a member of ISHRAE, NAFA. Tasneem also holds an MBA from Pune University. Her areas of expertise include corporate strategy, project management, project planning and execution, organizational development, and commercial negotiations.
