Stephanie Meisel Eidelman is the owner and CEO of the iA Institute, a media company that produces information products, conferences, and membership groups for professionals in consumer finance. iA specializes in unique experiences that are intimate, practical, and driven by candor. Stephanie’s passion is to change lives by using her position as an industry influencer to get women into leadership positions where products are imagined and policy is set. Her goals are to support more inclusive financial services, more rewarding careers, and financial independence for all women. In 2018 she launched Women in Consumer Finance, a professional development event and an intimate, high-energy experience where attendees make genuine friendships, build bigger, stronger networks, enhance their executive skills, and dedicate attention to their career aspirations. Stephanie is a member of the Women’s Presidents Organization (WPO), serves on the board of LIFT, and is on the Washington, D.C. Council of Vital Voices Global Partnership. Previously, Stephanie was part of the start-up team at Citysearch, an online city guide; a consultant for media companies transitioning from print to online; a materials manager at aerospace manufacturer Allied Signal; and a stage manager for The Walt Disney Company. A mom of twins, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Technology Management from the Anderson School at UCLA. She is an award-winning entrepreneur and change-maker who has identified new opportunities and forged new paths over the last 10 years.
