Stella Kasdagli is a writer and the co-founder of Women On Top, the most experienced organization in Greece for the economic development of women and for gender equality in the workplace. WoT has offered mentoring to 1500 women and training opportunities to more than 2300. It has also supported 80 companies in their inclusion efforts and remains rooted and relevant through ongoing research and development.

Stella is a published author of nine books as well as a translator and the facilitator of impactful workshops on professional development, gender and social change. She studied French Literature in Greece, and Media Studies in the UK, and has worked for 10+ years as a magazine editor. She is an IVLP alumna and the recipient of the Social Impact UK Alumni Award.
